Our mission is to provide a warm, safe, nurturing environment for every child
to successfully grow, learn and discover. We hope to create a framework of materials
and an atmosphere of love and acceptance, and by helping your child make appropriate
choices, build the foundation for later learning to meet the challenges of the
ever-changing world.
Two's Program
Two-year-olds can attend with an adult Thursdays 9:30-11:30 am; 3:30-5:30 PM
or Fridays 9:30-11:30 am for a program of thematic learning through play. Articles
of interest to parents and other parent activities are also offered to actively
involve them in the educational philosophy of the school.
Three's Program
Three three-year-old classes are offered: a 2-day Thursday/Friday class meeting
9:30-12 PM; Two 3-day Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday classes meeting 9:30-12 PM and
1:30-4PM. The curriculum is designed to promote socialization while providing
a learning environment for the discovery of music, art, nature and science while
also developing motor skills for appropriate physical and cognitive development.
Four's Program
Two four-year old programs meet: a 5-day program meets Monday through Friday
9:15-12 PM. A 4-day program meets Monday through Thursday 1:30-4 PM. The fours
programs are designed to help children prepare for kindergarten through developmentally
appropriate activities that promote creativity, thinking, problem-solving, confidence,
social/emotional intelligence, autonomy, and independence. Literacy, social studies,
math and science are integrated thematically into a center-based environment.
